New images of Android L

Ars Technica has collected a bunch of images of the new Android L interface, based on the principles of “Material Design” from Google, previewing apps like Gmail, Maps, and Youtube. An unstable version of Android L is already available on some Nexus devices.

Assassin’s Creed Unity trailer shows the violent beginning of the French Revolution

The next Assassin’s Creed game will take you into the heart of the French Revolution. Playing as Arno, you’ll influence the events leading up to the storming of the Bastille and the execution of King Louis XVI. Watch the trailer here.

Windows 9 will have an interactive bar

Windows 9 will have an interactive home bar with icons similar to the live tiles. Microsoft also plans to integrate Cortana in the same bar. The voice assistant has already come to Nokia phones, which can now officially upgrade to Windows Phone 8.1.
