Six second video app Vine released for Android. Vine finally makes it to Android. The free microvideo app has shot to fame on iOS, where around 13 million people already use it. Now the app is available for all Android users too. Many game developers are using the service to publish previews of upcoming games, one of the latest being The Walking Dead.

Windows 8.1 detailed in video preview. Microsoft has finally showed us a video showcasing the new features from Windows 8’s next update. They haven’t mentioned the start button, but we have seen more personalization options, improvements in integrated search and a new Apps View.

Hands on with FIFA 14. EA Sports shows us the first gameplay images. We’ve seen three new features in the never-seen before trailer – control and ball protection improvements, greater freedom of movement, and more realistic ball trajectories. Pro Evolution 2013 has counterattacked by launching another preview of new features at its pre-E3 event.

Yahoo! updates search with new look.Yahoo! Mail, update or get out. That’s what Yahoo has told its users. Older versions of Yahoo will disappear and the only alternative is to download your mail and move it to a new service. The new version of Yahoo scans your mail to offer you advertising that’s more relevant to you, a feature already offered by services like Gmail.
