The latest version of WhatsApp for iPhone brings a couple of great new features for photographers and videographers. Users with the iPhone 5s can now create slow-motion videos. Users will also be able to trim their videos before sharing. The feature is limited to the latest iPhone as it requires a lot of processing power to render the video.
There’s also a fast camera access button for capturing and sending photos. The camera feature is no longer buried under a bunch of menus. You’ll also be able to add captions to photos and videos.
Other updates include support for satellite and hybrid map views when sharing location, the ability to archive chats and groups, and new notification sounds.
