There are a ton of different fitness bands and apps that track their data. Your data may be spread across several different apps that don’t share data between each other. Fortunately there is an app that can bring them all together and its called Nudge.
So why would someone want to combine all of these apps? Sometimes the apps that come with your fitness band aren’t very good or don’t offer features found in others. By sharing your workout data with several apps, you can have a better look at your fitness and diet. Speaking of diet, Nudge offers a way to track your sleep, diet and water consumed.
Nudge also offers something called the “Nudge Factor,” which is a score between 1 and 110 assigned to your various health stats. It’s a good way to see how you’re measuring up against your friend, even if the number is a bit arbitrary.
Right now, Nudge has a mediocre score of 3.5 stars in both the App Store and Google Play. That’s because the app currently doesn’t sync passive and active apps at the same time. This means you can’t see scores for your Moves (Android | iOS) app and FitBit (Android | iOS | Windows Phone) apps. However, Nudge says an update is coming very soon.
If you’re bored with your fitness tracking app, give Nudge a try.
