Apple released iOS 7 beta 3 last night, for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The Mac OS X Mavericks for Developers Preview 3 has also been released. Intended for developers, these beta updates are free.
The iOS 7 beta 3 is available as an over the air update for devices running beta 2. It brings improvements and tweaks to graphics and animations, bug fixes and changes in the notification center. Siri has received a speed up, with a faster interface and more realistic voices. The camera app has a new feature to help reduce red eye in your photos.
The Mac OS X Mavericks for Developers Preview 3 is focused on bug fixes and there are no noteworthy changes. It can be downloaded from the Mac Dev Center, but if you’re not a developer it’s advisable to wait until September or October.
iOS 7 and Mac OSX Mavericks are expected to be released to the public this fall.
