Google’s music streaming service has debuted for a bunch of lucky Europeans. Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom will all be able to sign up for the service starting today.

The music service will be offering a discount to early adopters in Europe as they did for those in the United States when the service debuted. Pricing will be £7.99/month in the UK and 7.99€/month for those in the EU. This discounted pricing will only be available to those who sign up before September 15th, after which the service will cost £9.99 and 9.99€ respectively.

The service will go head to head with Spotify‘s streaming service, though each service has its pros and cons. Be sure to read our shootout between Google Play Music All Access, Spotify, and Rdio.
