I’ve gushed about how much I loved The Walking Dead game and even named it my top game of 2012. If you still haven’t played it, here’s your chance. Telltale Games is giving away the first episode of Walking Dead: The Game for a limited time. They haven’t specified when this would end so download it while you can!
If you want to play more after completing the first episode, you can buy the other four episodes at $4.99 each or $14.99 for all five, which is a better deal. If you’re a fan of The Walking Dead comic or show, you’ll definitely want to give this game a try.
While some console and desktop games make for poor ports to touch screen devices like the iPhone and iPad, I’m happy to report that Walking Dead: The Game doesn’t suffer from this. I actually think it plays better on a touch screen as you can directly tap on items and people to interact with them. Movement controls haven’t changed and are still as clunky as they are on the PC and Mac versions.
