Cut the Rope 2 is now available exclusively for iOS. The sequel to ZeptoLab’s hit puzzle game brings much the same physics-based puzzle solving of the original to new locations and introduces new characters.
Cut the Rope 2: Om Nom’s Unexpected Adventure (to give it its full title) sees Om Nom retrace his movements, revisiting the places he went during his disappearance and hooking up with some of his new buddies who he met along the way. Your new Nommie friends will have to help you solve puzzles with their unique powers like multiplying and throwing. Cut the Rope 2 will also feature new challenges that ZeptoLab has learned from other games in the Cut the Rope series.
Although Cut the Rope 2 is an iOS exclusive at launch, it won’t be for long. Android users should be seeing the game in early 2014, though no solid release date has been announced. The Android version will be free-to-play but will probably be supported by in-app purchases.
